Domestic Shipping Policy
Shipment processing times
All Orders are processed within 3-4 business days. Orders may not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If We are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of Your Order, we will contact You via email or telephone.
Shipping rates & delivery estimates
Shipping charges for your order(s) will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
- Shipping methods: We use Fedex Home Delivery, UPS Ground, UPS Ground Saver, USPS Ground Advantage or in some cases, USPS Priority mail.
Shipment costs are calculated in real time during checkout
Estimated delivery time once shipped: 3-5 business days to most locations from CA 94521
- We do not offer overnight deliveries. Delivery delays can occasionally occur.
Shipment to PO boxes or APO/FPO addresses
Luv2brd.com ships to addresses within the U.S., U.S. Territories, and APO/FPO/DPO addresses.
We can also ship many items internationally.
Shipment confirmation & Order tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation Email once Your Order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
Customs, Duties and/or Taxes on International Shipments
LUV2BRD.com is not responsible for any customs, duties or taxes applied to your internationall shipment. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (duties, tariffs, taxes). We do our best to ship our items internationally so that are duty and taxes are prepaid, but we cannot guarantee your package will arrive without additional charges.
Safe Arrival Guarantee from LUV2BRD
We are shipping you fragile items but we guarantee their safe arrival or else we will replace or refund your order. If your order arrives damaged do not discard any boxes or product!! Here's what to do: within 5 days of receiving your package, provide photo proof.
>> A. Take 4 Pics:
- a clear photo of the shipping label on your box;
- a photo of the damaged item inside the box;
- a photo of all the interior packaging and boxes used; 4. a photo of the exterior packing.
>> B. Text these four images to 630-277-7736 or send them to us via message. Once we have photo proof of the damages to file an insurance claim, we will proceed to replace your item or issue a refund. This process can take up to two weeks so please be patient.
