If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with your purchase we invite you to reach out to us at judith@luv2brd.com, after reviewing our policy below on refunds and returns.
The following terms are applicable for any products that you purchased with us.

Interpretation and Definitions

Interpretation

The words of which the initial letter is capitalized have meanings defined under the following conditions. The following definitions shall have the same meaning regardless of whether they appear in singular or in plural.

Definitions

For the purposes of this Return and Refund Policy:

  •  “Company” (referred to as either "the Company", "We", "Us" or "Our" in this Agreement) refers to LUV2BRD.
  • “Goods” refers to the items offered for sale on the website.
  • “Orders” means a request by you to purchase goods from us.
  • “Service” refers to the Website.
  • “Website” refers to LUV2BRD, accessible from luv2brd.com
  • “You” means the individual accessing or using the Service, or the Company, or other legal entity on behalf of which such individual is accessing or using the Service, as applicable.

Your Order Cancellation Rights:

As long as your Order has not yet been processed with a shipping label, you are entitled to cancel your Order at anytime for any reason and without penalties. After that you are subject to our policy on Order Returns below.

Your Order Return Rights:

The deadline for returning any Order to us is 21 days from the date on which the package was delivered to your original Ship-to address. You have the right to return your Order for any reason, but you do this at your own expense, and the item must be returned in its original, undamaged condition to get a refund for the price you paid for the item (we do not refund shipping charges). Once we receive your item back in its undamaged, original condition, we will process a refund to you no later than 7-14 days. We will use the same means of payment as you used for your order.

In order to exercise your right of cancellation or return, you must inform us of your decision by means of a clear, written statement that you email to us at: Judith@LUV2BRD.com

Conditions for Returns

In order for your Goods to be eligible for a return, please make sure that:

  • The Goods were received within the last 21 days.
  • The Goods are returned in their original, undamaged condition. We reserve the right to refuse returns of merchandise that arrives damaged, or does meet the above return conditions, and will send you photo proof by email. 
  • The following Goods cannot be returned:
    • Any Goods made to your specifications or clearly personalized.
    • Any Goods which are downloaded.

We cannot be held responsible for Goods damaged or lost in return shipment. Therefore, We recommend an insured and trackable mail service like Fedex, UPS or USPS. We are unable to issue a refund without actual receipt of the Goods in undamaged condition.

Returning Goods that did not match our photo or listing description.

If you feel the item you received does not match our product description, you can request us to send you a pre-paid postage label for returning any Order to us is 21 days from the date on which the package was delivered to your original Ship-to address. You have the right to return your Order for this reason, but the item must be returned in its original, undamaged condition to get a refund for the price you paid for the item (We do NOT refund shipping charges). Once we receive your item back in its undamaged, original condition, we will process a refund to you no later than 7-14 days. We will use the same means of payment as you used for your order.

Policy on Damaged Goods Received: Photo Proof Required

We are shipping you fragile items. Although it's rare, sometimes our products show up broken. We ship them in perfect condition, but they got damaged in route somehow. If your order arrives damaged DO NOT DISCARD ANY BOXES or PRODUCT!! Here's what to do:

PROVIDE PHOTO PROOF:

A. Take 4 Pics:

  1. A clear photo of the shipping label on your box;
  2. A photo of the damaged item inside the box;
  3. A photo of all the interior packaging and boxes used;
  4. A photo of the exterior packing.

B. Text these four images to 630-277-7736 or send via Shopify message, or email them to us at Judith@luv2brd.com

Once we have photo proof of the damage, we will provide options to you regarding your preference as to a replacement or a refund.
