It's really tough to source these gorgeous, super large 14" tall Talavera Owls -- especially ones hand painted as nice as these -- so we flew 1457 miles from Oakland, CA to Dallas, TX to make sure everything will be owl right, and pick up our special LUV2BRD patterns from Jose and Juanita, and put them on a POD to CA. But that's just half the story because first they migrated up from artisan communities surrounding Mexico City nearly 1800 miles from Dallas! So all that travel might seem excessive except that the impact they make in our yard is AMAZING, and they come with a promise: Owl be there for you!
When you receive yours remember to love it with owl your heart and appreciate how far your owl travelled to grace your yard or porch or garden. And just to be unashamedly honest, know that Randall and Judith are praying that you'll become an owlaholic!! :) :)
